# OmniSocials Content Scheduler

> One calendar for every platform. Plan, schedule, and auto-publish posts, stories, and reels to 11 platforms, from the dashboard or through an AI assistant, the API, or the CLI.

## What it does

- **Visual calendar**: week and month views. Drag a post to another day to reschedule it.
- **Drafts**: keep unfinished posts in a drafts drawer next to the calendar and drag them onto a day when they are ready. Drafts can be shared with a link.
- **Unlimited scheduled posts**: posts publish automatically at the time you set. There is no cap on scheduled posts.
- **One post, many platforms**: pick the channels per post. Each platform can get its own caption, media, settings, publish time, and time zone.
- **Previews**: see how the post renders on each platform before it goes out.
- **Notable days**: holidays, shopping days, awareness days, and fun days shown on the calendar. Each category can be switched on or off.
- **Approval workflows**: route a scheduled post through one or more reviewers before it publishes. See [collaboration](https://omnisocials.com/collaboration.md).
- **Retry for failed platforms**: if one platform fails, retry only that platform. The platforms that succeeded are never posted twice.
- **Mobile calendar**: the web app is responsive, with a day-by-day calendar on mobile browsers.

- First comment on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Reusable hashtag sets, alt text, and video covers.
- Instagram collaborators and location tags.
- Duplicate a post to reuse it.
- Upload a PDF and publish it as a carousel.

## Use it from an AI assistant or code

Every scheduling action in the dashboard is also available to agents. Posts made by an agent land on the same calendar the team plans in.

A scheduled post moves from `draft` to `scheduled` to `published`. A post that waits for review has the status `in_approval`.

## Limits to know

- Each workspace connects one account per platform (LinkedIn counts twice: Profile and Page). A second brand needs a second workspace.
- X posts that contain a link use pass-through credits (20 credits, $0.20 per post). This is the fee X charges, with no markup. X posts without a link are free and unlimited.
- There is no native mobile app yet. It is on the roadmap.
