It is the OmniSocials MCP server with your Google Business Profile connected. Your AI agent calls its tools to post updates, events and offers and to read your location's numbers, through Google's official API. The server lives at https://mcp.omnisocials.com, and the same tools post to your other channels too. ### Which posts can my agent create? Updates, events and offers, each with your text and one image or none. Any of them can carry a button: Learn more, Book, Order online, Buy, Sign up or Call now. An event takes a title of up to 58 characters and its dates. An offer takes a title, the dates it runs, a coupon code or a redeem link, and your terms. OmniSocials sends one image or none with a Google Business post: no video and no second image. ### Why does my agent put links on a button? Google turns down posts with a link or a phone number in the text. The MCP server tells your agent so, and a caption with one is refused before the post is saved, with what to change. Links go on a button, and Call now uses the phone number on your profile. ### Can my agent see how my profile does? Yes. get_account_analytics reads your location's numbers for a day: views, calls, direction requests and website clicks, plus your average rating and number of reviews. Your agent can read the days of a week or a month and add them up. Google reports no numbers per post. ### Can it answer Google reviews? No. Google reviews aren't in the Social Inbox, so the MCP server has no review tools. You answer them on Google, in your Business Profile. ### Can it read other businesses' profiles? No. It works with the location you connected: its posts and its numbers. It doesn't scrape other businesses, their profiles or their reviews. ### How do I connect Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor to Google Business? Connect Google Business in OmniSocials first and pick your location. In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, click Add, choose Add custom connector and paste https://mcp.omnisocials.com. In ChatGPT, add the same URL as a custom MCP server under Plugins; in Cursor, put it in ~/.cursor/mcp.json. Each one sends you to OmniSocials to sign in and pick a workspace. ### Can an AI agent post to Google Business safely? Yes. Your agent can send a post through an approval workflow: it waits until a teammate or client approves it, and only then goes out at its time. You can also ask your agent to save drafts, or to show you each post before it schedules it. ### Does the Google Business MCP server need a paid plan? It needs an active OmniSocials plan or the 14-day free trial; without one, the server turns the connection down. The trial needs a card to start, and the MCP server is part of the one plan, like every other feature. ### How much does OmniSocials cost?
