Workspaces keep the channels, posts and analytics of each brand or client apart. You manage them on the **Workspaces** page in your organization's settings. This article covers creating, editing and deleting workspaces, and changing your organization's name and logo.

## Open the Workspaces page

1. Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then **Settings**.
2. Click **Workspaces**. If you belong to more than one organization, choose it in the switcher above the organization pages first.

The page lists your organization's workspaces with their **Connected channels** and **Your role**. Next to **Create workspace**, a ring and a line such as **3 of 3 workspaces** show how many of your workspace seats are in use. The ring turns amber when all seats are in use.

You only see the workspaces you're a member of. If the organization has others, a note under the list says how many.

> **Note:** To open the current workspace's settings directly, click the workspace name at the top of the sidebar and then click **Settings** under the workspace's channels.

## Create a workspace

1. On the Workspaces page, click **Create workspace**. You can also click the workspace name at the top of the sidebar and then **New workspace**.
2. Under **Create workspace for:**, check that your organization is selected.
3. Optionally, upload a **Brand Icon**.
4. Enter a **Workspace Name**.
5. Click **Create Workspace**.

OmniSocials switches you to the new workspace, which starts without connected channels. You need the **Create workspaces** permission.

Each workspace is a paid seat. If all your workspace seats are in use, the **Add more workspaces** window opens instead, where someone with the **Manage billing** permission can add a seat. To learn more, see [Billing and subscription](/help-center/organization/billing).

## Edit a workspace

Click a workspace on the Workspaces page to open it. Its page has these tabs:

- **General**: the workspace's icon and name, **Social channels**, where you connect and manage its channels, and **Danger zone**, where you delete the workspace.
- **Members**: the people from your team who can open this workspace. You change their access on the Team page.
- **Clients**: the clients who review the posts of this workspace.
- **Approval workflows**: who approves posts in this workspace before they go out. Click **New workflow** to add one.
- **API**: the API keys that can only reach this workspace.

To change the name or icon:

1. On the **General** tab, click **Upload icon** to choose a new icon (JPG or PNG, up to 2 MB), or edit the **Workspace name**.
2. Click **Save changes**.

To choose who can access a workspace, use the Team page. Owners and admins can access every workspace. To learn more, see [Manage your team](/help-center/organization/team-management).

## Delete a workspace

1. Open the workspace. On the **General** tab, under **Danger zone**, click **Delete workspace**.
2. Type the workspace's name to confirm.
3. Click **Delete Workspace**.

> **Warning:** Deleting a workspace permanently erases all its data, including its content and settings. You can't undo this.

You need the **Delete workspaces** permission, and you can't delete your only workspace. Deleting a workspace doesn't lower your number of workspace seats. To pay for fewer workspaces, click **Adjust limit** under **Workspaces** on the Billing page.

## Change your organization's name and logo

1. Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then **Settings**.
2. Click **General**. If you belong to more than one organization, choose it in the switcher above the organization pages first.
3. Change the **Organisation name**, or click **Upload logo** under **Organisation logo**.
4. Click **Save changes**.

You need the **Adjust organisation details** permission. Without it, the page is view-only.
