Plan, post and reply on 13 platforms from one calendar, or let your AI assistant draft the week. One plan, $10 a month.

## Made for the 20 minutes between customers. Social media is one job of many. OmniSocials keeps it small.

- **Plan the whole week in one sitting.** Write a post once, pick the channels and drop it on a day. The calendar shows what goes out where, so nothing is missed or posted twice. (The problem: "I don't have time for social media.")
- **Your own numbers pick the time.** The best time to post comes from how your audience reacts. Ask Claude or ChatGPT to draft the week from your best posts, then change what you want. (The problem: "I never know what to post, or when.")
- **Every comment and DM in one inbox.** Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X and Threads land in one list. Reply from there, or hide a spam comment. (The problem: "Messages pile up in five different apps.")

## One calendar for every channel, one inbox for every reply, and the numbers that show what works.

- Plan a week of posts, stories and reels in one sitting (https://omnisocials.com/calendar)
- Answer comments and DMs from seven platforms in one place (https://omnisocials.com/inbox)
- See what works without building a report (https://omnisocials.com/analytics)
- Post on one channel, and let automations repost it to the rest (https://omnisocials.com/automations)
- Ask your AI assistant to plan the week, and approve it before it goes live (https://omnisocials.com/mcp)

## Not sure what to post this week? Six posts that work for most small businesses.

- **Behind the counter**: Show how you make, pack or fix things. A short video works best.
- **Answer a customer question**: Take a question from your inbox and answer it in a post.
- **This week's offer**: An offer with dates and a button on Google, plus a post for your followers.
- **Meet the team**: A photo and two lines about one person on your team.
- **A customer story**: A short quote or photo from a happy customer, shared with their OK.
- **Hours, events and news**: Holiday hours, a new product or an event, as a Google Business update.

## FAQ

### How much does social media management cost for a small business?

With OmniSocials you pay $10 a month, billed yearly, for one workspace that connects one account on each of 13 platforms. Extra team members are $10 a seat.

A freelancer or an agency that runs your accounts costs more, because you pay for their time. Many small businesses start with a tool and an hour a week of their own, and add help later.

### Which social media platforms should a small business use?

Start where your customers already are. A local shop or service usually starts with Google Business, Instagram and Facebook. A business that sells to other businesses usually starts with LinkedIn.

Two channels you keep up are better than six you forget. You can add more channels later in the same workspace.

### Do I need a marketing team to use OmniSocials?

No. Most OmniSocials customers run it on their own or with a small team. You plan in a calendar, reply in one inbox, and the analytics show what worked without building a report.

### Can OmniSocials post to my Google Business Profile?

Yes. You can post updates, events and offers to your Business Profile, with a button such as Book, Order online or Call now. OmniSocials flags a phone number or a link in the text before you schedule, because Google turns those posts down.

Replies to Google reviews are not in OmniSocials yet.

### Can AI write and schedule my posts?

Yes. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant to OmniSocials and ask it to plan the week, write captions in your voice or find your best time to post. With an approval workflow on, nothing goes live until you approve it.

You can also do everything yourself in the calendar. The AI assistant is optional.

### How often should a small business post on social media?

Pick a pace you can keep for months. For most small businesses that is two to four posts a week on each main channel, plus quick replies to comments and messages.

Batching helps: plan the week in one sitting and let the calendar post on time.

### Is there a free trial?

Yes. You can try OmniSocials free for 14 days. You need a card to start the trial, and the first charge happens when the trial ends.

### How does the price compare with other tools?

What 1 person and 5 channels costs a month: OmniSocials $10. Publer $16 (Professional), Metricool $20 (Starter), SocialBee $24.17 (Bootstrap), Buffer $25 (Essentials), SocialPilot $25.50 (Essentials), Planable $49 (Pro), Sprout Social $79 (Essentials), Hootsuite $99 (Standard).

Prices from each vendor's pricing page, read on 17 October 2026, billed yearly. Monthly billing costs more for every tool, OmniSocials included ($12).

### Can someone else help with my accounts?

Yes. Invite a team member or a freelancer to your workspace, or add a client reviewer who only approves posts. Each extra seat is $10 a month on yearly billing.
