Telegram limits videos by file size, not by length. In the app a file can be up to 2 GB, or 4 GB with Telegram Premium. A long video at high quality reaches the size limit first.

Bots can upload videos and GIFs of up to 50 MB and photos of up to 10 MB, and schedulers, OmniSocials included, post through a bot. Round video messages run up to 1 minute. Telegram's apps play MPEG4 video in the chat; other formats may arrive as a file to download.

1. **Watch the file size, not the length** Telegram sets no length limit. A long video at a high bitrate hits 50 MB or 2 GB long before any length matters.
2. **Fit scheduled videos in 50 MB** Schedulers post through a bot, and bots upload up to 50 MB. Export at a lower bitrate or resolution to fit.
