Create an OmniSocials API key, connect your social accounts, then add the OmniSocials MCP server URL to ~/.hermes/config.yaml or run hermes mcp add. Reload Hermes and you are ready to go.

Is my data private with a self-hosted setup?

Yes. Hermes runs on your own machine, so your API keys and content stay under your control. OmniSocials only handles the publishing and analytics calls you make.
