What social media platforms can I manage with OmniSocials?

You can manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, and Google Business, all from one calendar.

Can I have multiple workspaces?

Yes. Create as many workspaces as you need. Each one is billed separately at $10 per month annually, with its own accounts and team.

How do organizations and teams work?

Invite teammates to a workspace and assign roles. Permissions control who can draft, schedule, approve, and publish, so everyone has the right level of access.

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with OmniSocials?

You can try OmniSocials free for 14 days before you pay. If something is not right after that, reach out to support and we will help.

What are approval workflows?

Approval workflows let agents and team members draft posts that route to a reviewer. Nothing publishes until someone signs off, so you stay in control of what goes live.

Sets live per workspace and work everywhere: pick one from the new toolbar button in the post composer, pass hashtag_set to the API when creating a post, or let your AI agent use the new list_hashtag_sets and create_hashtag_set tools in the MCP server and Agent Skills CLI. Choose whether the tags land in the caption or in the automatic first comment, and OmniSocials skips tags the caption already has and guards Instagram's 30-hashtag limit for you.

Alt text on every image - add accessibility descriptions to your media with the new ALT button on each image in the composer. Alt text publishes natively to Mastodon, Bluesky, X and Pinterest, so screen-reader users get a real description of your images. Also available in the API, MCP server and Agent Skills: any media entry can now be { "url": "...", "alt": "..." }, including per-tweet and per-toot media in threads.

Bluesky alt text placeholder - images posted to Bluesky no longer carry a generic "Image attached to post" description; they use your alt text, or none, so Bluesky's own alt-text reminders work as intended.
