Put social media inside your product

Your customers connect Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and 9 more platforms on one page with your logo. You post, reply and report for each of them through one API.

Your brand on the page

Planned

Your logo, name and colour. Each link belongs to one customer and expires, so you can also send it by email.

Pickers included

Planned

Facebook Pages, LinkedIn pages, YouTube channels and Google Business locations are picked on the same page.

  • Facebook

Build twelve integrations, or one

Every platform has its own review, login flow and API. With OmniSocials your product talks to one.

A workspace for each of your customers

Create one with your own customer id. The accounts, posts and analytics of one customer never mix with another's.

One key for every customer

Planned

An organisation key works on all your workspaces. Name the workspace on each call, or find it by your own id.

Isolation in the database

Planned

A post to an account of another workspace is refused by the database, not by a check in your code.

One call to offboard

Planned

When a customer leaves, one request deletes their workspace and its tokens.

Know when an account needs your user

Account events reach your endpoint when a user connects, disconnects or must sign in again. Post events tell you what went out.

Reconnect before a post fails

Planned

Our token refresh sends account.needs_reconnect before a scheduled post meets an expired login.

Signed with a timestamp

Live

Every delivery carries an HMAC-SHA256 signature over the timestamp and the body, so you can refuse a replayed request.

Every customer on one dashboard

See what each customer posts, which accounts need to sign in again and what each workspace uses, so you can support and bill them.

Usage per customer

Planned

Posts, connected accounts, open inbox threads and API calls per workspace and month, so you know what each customer costs you.

What needs someone

Planned

Accounts that must sign in again, connect links nobody opened and failed posts, each with the next step beside it.

Export or read it by API

Planned

Download a month as CSV for your billing, or read the same numbers from the API.

Live in the API today

Everything the API already does, for each customer

POST/v1/posts

Also on the plan

Test keysPlanned

Run the full flow and get every webhook, without publishing anything.

Idempotent postsPlanned

Send an Idempotency-Key, so a retry never posts twice.

Usage per customerPlanned

See what each workspace uses, so you know what each customer costs you.

A fair rate limitPlanned

Each workspace gets its share, so one busy customer cannot slow the others.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

It lets a software company put social media inside its own product. Each of your customers connects their own social accounts, and your product posts, replies and reports for them through the OmniSocials API.

You create a connect link for a customer and send them to it, from your app or by email. They choose their platforms, sign in on each platform's own screen and return to your app. Facebook Pages, LinkedIn pages, YouTube channels and Google Business locations are picked on the same page.

No. Your users connect through the OmniSocials apps on each platform. You do not apply for platform reviews and you do not refresh tokens.

The connect page shows your logo, name and colour. The platform's own consent screen names OmniSocials, because that is the app your users approve. We do not hide this.

Yes. Each customer is a workspace with its own accounts, posts and analytics, found by your own customer id. The database refuses a post to an account of another workspace.

The 12 platforms of the API: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn profiles and pages, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon, Google Business Profile and Telegram. Bluesky connects with OAuth, so no app password goes through your product. Mastodon works on any server.

We have not set the price yet. Teams on the early-access list hear it first.

We are building it now and there is no public date yet. Until then you can use the API on your own workspaces, and agencies can invite clients to connect their own channels in the app.
