Your AI assistant says what it cannot do

Ask your AI assistant for something OmniSocials cannot do yet: it tells you why, and it can send us your request.

When you ask Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant connected to OmniSocials for something we cannot do, it now tells you right away, with the reason and what to do instead. Some things a platform does not allow, such as deleting a TikTok video through an app. Others we have not built yet.

When you still want it, ask the assistant to send it to us as a feature request. You see your requests in Settings, Request a feature, and you get an email when we change their status or reply.

In a chat with Claude, the request to delete a TikTok video gets the reason TikTok does not allow it, and the request to post to one topic of a Telegram group goes to the OmniSocials team as request #412

Improved

  • Delete your own replies - in the social inbox you can now delete a reply you posted on Instagram or TikTok, for example one that went under the wrong comment (Facebook already allowed it). Your AI assistant, the API and the CLI can do it too.
  • Feature requests - when we change the status of your request or reply to it, you get an email and a notice in the bell.
  • The API and the CLI - GET /limits lists what OmniSocials cannot do, and POST /feature-requests sends a request. The CLI has limits and feature:request. See Limits and feature requests.
  • Privacy policy - the privacy policy now says what a feature request from an AI assistant, the API or the CLI stores: the summary the assistant writes (never the conversation), with your name and email so we can answer you.

Embed OmniSocials in your own product

Build social media posting, and soon ads, into your own software for your own users. They connect their social accounts inside your product, you publish and read results through the API, and OmniSocials stays behind the scenes.
