Overview

OmniSocials uses a small set of service providers ("subprocessors") to run the service. This page lists every subprocessor that can process personal data on behalf of our customers, as required by our Data Processing Agreement. Customer data is hosted in the European Union: application servers and databases in Germany, media storage in the Netherlands.

Website Only

Our marketing website at www.omnisocials.com is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). The website does not store customer data from the app. Google (analytics and tag management) and Meta (advertising measurement) only run after you give consent in the cookie banner. See the Cookie Policy for details.

Social Platforms

The social platforms you connect (such as Meta, Google and YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, Bluesky, Threads, Telegram, Discord, and Mastodon instances) are not subprocessors. They are independent services that you choose to connect. When you publish content or manage messages, we transmit that data to the platform on your instruction, and the platform processes it under its own terms and privacy policy.

Changes to This List

We announce the addition or replacement of a subprocessor on this page and in our changelog at least 30 days before it starts processing customer data. Customers can object as described in the Data Processing Agreement. Questions: contact privacy@omnisocials.com.
