Filter your calendar

  • 2 improved
  • 2 fixed

Show only your scheduled posts, one channel, your Reels, or the posts a repost automation made.

Click Filter at the top of the calendar to show only the posts with one status, such as Scheduled, Paused, In approval or Failed. Pick more than one status to see them together. Each status shows how many posts the week or month on screen has.

Waiting for you shows the posts that wait for your approval. Under the statuses, three more filters open to the side:

  • Channels: only the posts for Instagram, LinkedIn or any channel you pick.
  • Type: posts, Reels or Stories.
  • Made by: posts you made, posts your team made, posts a repost automation made, or posts made through the API.

While a filter is on, the button names it and shows how many posts you see, for example "5 of 21 posts". Click the x next to it to see every post again. The calendar keeps your filter for each workspace.

The switch for posts made outside OmniSocials is now in the same menu. On your phone, tap the filter button next to Today.

Improved

  • Mark all as read in the Social Inbox - click the double check at the top of the Social Inbox to mark every conversation as read. On the Comments or DMs tab it marks only those. It asks first, because the change shows for your whole team and you cannot undo it.
  • Right-click a conversation - mark it as read or unread without opening it, or open the post or the profile. On your phone, press and hold the conversation.

Fixed

  • Opening a conversation saves it as read - from October 10 a conversation you opened in the Social Inbox came back as unread after a refresh.
  • The Social Inbox page stays in place - with a notice at the top, the whole page could scroll and the reply field sat below the window. Now only the list and the conversation scroll.
