We went through every page and fixed what was off: tables line up, text fits its buttons, a fact shows once, and dates put the day first.
We went through every page of OmniSocials and fixed what was off. Tables line up, text fits its buttons, a fact shows once, and buttons and dates follow one style.
Improved
- Calendar - a post card keeps its status and time on one line, and a day with many posts fades out at the bottom instead of cutting a card in half.
- Editor - the first channel tab is called All. Every channel tab shows your text first, then your pictures, then the tools. The options bar under the editor shows whole options only; the rest sits behind a count such as "+7".
- Post page - one "Next check" line for all channels, and a channel with no views yet gets a plain line instead of an empty bar.
- Posts and Analytics - numbers end on the same edge as their column name, and the channels of a post fit on one line. Scheduled posts, drafts and failed posts no longer show empty number columns.
- Approvals - the feed and its header share one column, and a publish time that has passed shows once, in red.
- Automations - the repost page and the list show the same time, in your 12 or 24 hour clock.
- Settings - Billing names what each invoice was for, and the buttons of one card sit on one row.
- Sign up and email check - one button sends a new link, and the page names the address we sent it to.
- Words and dates - buttons, menus and titles use one style ("Create post", not "Create Post"), and dates put the day first ("26 Oct").
Fixed
- A repost could publish twice - when a repost failed and then went live on a later try, the repost page still said Failed, and Try again published it a second time. The page now shows Posted once a later try works, and Try again waits while we still try again on our own.
- Empty YouTube block on your link in bio page - a YouTube block without a video showed the editor's "Paste a YouTube URL" to your visitors. Your public page now leaves it out.
