Connect your Pinterest account to schedule and publish Pins.

Before You Start

You'll need:

• A Pinterest Business account (personal accounts have limited API access)

Connecting Pinterest

1. Go to Settings > Workspace (or use onboarding)
2. Click Connect Pinterest
3. Sign in to Pinterest
4. Authorize OmniSocials
5. You're connected!

What You Can Do

Posting

• Standard image Pins
• Video Pins
• Schedule Pins in advance
• Choose which board to post to

Note: Idea Pins need to be created directly in Pinterest.

Pin Specs

Standard Pins

• Best size: 1000 x 1500 pixels (2:3 ratio)
• JPG or PNG
• Title: up to 100 characters
• Description: up to 500 characters
• Add a link to drive traffic

Video Pins

• 1:1, 2:3, or 9:16 aspect ratio
• 4 seconds to 15 minutes long
• Up to 2 GB file size

Best Practices

• Use vertical images (2:3 ratio) - they show bigger in the feed
• Write keyword-rich descriptions for search
• Add links to drive traffic to your site
• Organize content into themed boards
• Pin consistently for the algorithm

Troubleshooting

Can't connect?

• Make sure you have a Business account
• Check your account isn't suspended
• Try in incognito mode

Pins not publishing?

• Check your image meets the specs
• Look for content policy violations
• Make sure the board exists
