Why people are leaving Agorapulse

Every user pays the full price. Agorapulse charges per user. Standard costs $79, Professional $119 and Advanced $149 a month for each user, billed yearly ($99, $149 and $199 billed monthly). A team of three on Standard pays $237 a month.

X is a paid add-on. An X profile connects only through an add-on: X Lite at $29 a month for publishing, or X Plus at $69 for publishing, the inbox and reports, per X profile (Agorapulse help center, August 24, 2026).

Ten profiles for the whole team. The 10 social profiles in Standard, Professional and Advanced are shared by all users, so adding a user adds no profiles. Each extra profile costs $10 a month billed yearly, or $15 billed monthly.

The free plan ended. Agorapulse ended its free plan on July 6, 2026. The free Archie plan that replaced it creates posts with Agorapulse's AI only, on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Key tools start on Professional. First comments, approvals, the link in bio page, ad comments and Canva start on Professional at $119 per user a month billed yearly. CSV bulk scheduling needs Advanced, and the Open API the Custom plan.

What Agorapulse still does better

  • A deeper inbox: 8 networks, Google Business and Facebook reviews, moderation rules, ad comments on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn from Professional, and saved replies and sentiment on Advanced.
  • Client reporting: white-label PDF reports and a Google Analytics ROI report on every plan, team performance reports from Professional, PowerPoint exports on Advanced.
  • Social listening and employee advocacy as paid add-ons, and competitor benchmarking on Advanced.
  • A native app for iOS and Android on every plan, plus an Instagram grid preview, a link in bio page and Canva from Professional.
  • A 30-day free trial without a credit card.

If customer care and client reports fill your day, Agorapulse is the stronger inbox and reporting tool. OmniSocials has no listening, no Google review replies and no native app yet.

Agorapulse vs OmniSocials pricing

Both prices below are billed yearly and were checked on October 18, 2026. OmniSocials charges per seat: each brand (one workspace) and each teammate is a seat. Agorapulse charges per user, with 10 social profiles shared by the team. OmniSocials costs less in every setup here, because Agorapulse charges $79 or more for each user. What that buys is the deeper inbox and reporting in the table above.

OmniSocials: $10 per seat a month billed yearly ($12 monthly), every feature included; X posts with a link use pass-through credits. What you get with OmniSocials

One calendar, filled by you or your AI agent

Plan in a week or month view, keep drafts in the tray and preview each post the way each platform shows it. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another agent through the MCP server, and the posts it schedules land on the same calendar for you to check. How the MCP server works

One inbox for 7 platforms

DMs, comments and mentions from Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X and Threads in one list, on every seat. Agorapulse's inbox covers 8 networks and Google reviews, with X only on the $69 X Plus add-on. See the inbox

Repost automations

Post on one platform and let an automation repost it to the others on your schedule, for example your Instagram Reels to TikTok, one a day at 9:00 AM. Automations can also bring in your older posts from 8 platforms. See automations

Approvals for teams and clients

Add approval steps per workspace, so a teammate or client signs off before a post goes live. Reviewers comment, request changes or approve, and roles decide who can post, reply or see analytics. Agorapulse starts approvals on Professional, at $119 per user a month billed yearly. See collaboration

For developers

Agorapulse has an MCP connector and an API too. Here is how they compare.

Agorapulse's MCP connector is in beta: it reads the inbox and analytics and creates drafts. Its REST API needs the Custom plan and also creates drafts instead of publishing. OmniSocials gives every seat an API, an MCP server, SDKs, a CLI and webhooks that schedule and publish on 12 platforms, also during the trial.
