The short answer

Pick OmniSocials if you post to Pinterest, Mastodon or Telegram, reply on X, TikTok or Threads, want approvals without a higher plan, or want an AI agent or your own code to schedule posts.

Stay with Sendible if many people work on a few brands, since every plan has unlimited users, or if you rely on CSV uploads, RSS feeds, WordPress posting or a white-label dashboard. Sendible starts at $30 a month and OmniSocials at $10 per seat, both billed yearly.

Why people are leaving Sendible

No Pinterest, Mastodon or Telegram. Sendible's list of supported platforms covers Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business, Threads, Bluesky and WordPress. Pinterest is not on it, so brands that pin need a second tool.

The inbox covers four networks. Sendible's Priority Inbox pulls in comments and messages from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn Pages and YouTube. Messages from X, TikTok, Google Business and personal LinkedIn profiles stay out, and comments come in for about four days after a post goes out.

Approvals start on Plus. Sending posts for approval needs Plus, at $84 a month billed yearly. Custom approval workflows, content libraries and PDF reports need Premium at $169, and permission groups need Elite at $254.

Daily send limits per workspace. Scheduling is unlimited, but Sendible publishes at most 100 posts a day per workspace on Core, 200 on Plus, 300 on Premium and 500 on Elite and Enterprise (help center, October 5, 2026).

Nothing to build on. Sendible publishes no API documentation and has no MCP server or webhooks; automations run through Zapier. Its developer link points back to the homepage.

What Sendible still does better

  • Unlimited users on every plan, so a large team on one or two brands pays less than with per-seat pricing.
  • Agency tools: Client Connect so clients link their own accounts, client dashboards on every plan, and a white-label dashboard as a paid add-on on Elite and Enterprise.
  • CSV bulk uploads, smart queues, repeating posts and an RSS auto-poster on every plan.
  • WordPress blog posting, a Canva integration and a Chrome extension.
  • Custom branded reports, campaign reports and automatically emailed reports from Premium.

If you run an agency with many people on few brands, or you work from CSV uploads and RSS feeds, Sendible fits well. OmniSocials has no CSV upload, no RSS feeds, no recurring posts and no browser extension.

Sendible vs OmniSocials pricing

Both prices below are billed yearly and were checked on October 18, 2026. OmniSocials charges per seat: each brand (one workspace) and each teammate is a seat. Sendible charges per plan by workspace, with unlimited users. OmniSocials costs less for one person and for most teams. Sendible costs less when several people share one or two brands, because its users are unlimited: one brand with five people costs $30 on Core against $50 for five OmniSocials seats.

What you get with OmniSocials

One calendar, filled by you or your AI agent

Plan in a week or month view, keep drafts in the tray and preview each post the way each platform shows it. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another agent through the MCP server, and the posts it schedules land on the same calendar for you to check. How the MCP server works

One inbox for 7 platforms

DMs, comments and mentions from Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X and Threads in one list, on every seat. Sendible's Priority Inbox covers Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn Pages and YouTube. See the inbox

Repost automations

Post on one platform and let an automation repost it to the others on your schedule, for example your Instagram Reels to TikTok, one a day at 9:00 AM. Automations can also bring in your older posts from 8 platforms. See automations

Approvals for teams and clients

Add approval steps per workspace, so a teammate or client signs off before a post goes live. Reviewers comment, request changes or approve, and roles decide who can post, reply or see analytics. Sendible starts approvals on Plus, at $84 a month billed yearly. See collaboration

For developers

Sendible has no public API. OmniSocials is built on one.

Sendible connects to other apps through Zapier and mentions API options for software partners, but publishes no API docs, SDKs, webhooks or MCP server. OmniSocials gives every seat all of them for 12 platforms, also during the trial.
