Why people are leaving SocialPilot

Essentials leaves out the basics. SocialPilot's cheapest plan, Essentials at $25.50 a month billed yearly, has no analytics, no social inbox and no approvals, and it holds one user. All of them start on Standard at $42.50 a month, with 3 users.

The inbox covers three networks. SocialPilot's help center lists Facebook Pages, Instagram Business and Creator accounts, and LinkedIn Pages for its Social Inbox. Comments on TikTok, YouTube, X and Threads stay in their own apps.

The API needs an Enterprise contract. API access comes only with Enterprise, which has no public price. The other plans get an MCP server that lets an AI agent create, schedule and check posts, but no REST API, SDKs or webhooks to build on.

Bulk upload and white label cost more. Bulk scheduling, CSV uploads and client approvals start on Premium at $85 a month billed yearly. The white-label dashboard, with your own domain and logo, needs Ultimate at $170 a month.

No Mastodon or Telegram. SocialPilot publishes to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Threads, YouTube, Pinterest, Google Business and Bluesky. Brands that also post to Mastodon or Telegram need a second tool.

What SocialPilot still does better

  • More accounts for the money: Standard includes 15 social accounts and 3 users for $42.50 a month billed yearly, and each extra account costs $4.
  • A white-label dashboard on Ultimate, with your own domain, logo and email, and white-label PDF reports from Premium.
  • Bulk scheduling with CSV upload, RSS feeds, repeat posts and a content library.
  • A native mobile app, a browser extension and a Canva integration on every plan.
  • A 14-day trial without a credit card, and a separate review management product for local businesses.

If you manage many client accounts and need bulk uploads or a dashboard in your own brand, SocialPilot is the better fit. OmniSocials has no CSV upload, no white label and no native app yet.

SocialPilot vs OmniSocials pricing

Both prices below are billed yearly and were checked on October 18, 2026. OmniSocials charges per seat: each brand (one workspace) and each teammate is a seat. SocialPilot charges per plan, with add-ons for accounts and users. OmniSocials costs less for any number of brands run by one person, and when two people run up to three brands. With more people, SocialPilot usually costs less: Standard includes 15 accounts and 3 users for $42.50, and extra accounts cost $4 and users $5. That price leaves out bulk upload and client approvals, which start on Premium.

What you get with OmniSocials

One calendar, filled by you or your AI agent

Plan in a week or month view, keep drafts in the tray and preview each post the way each platform shows it. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another agent through the MCP server, and the posts it schedules land on the same calendar for you to check. How the MCP server works

One inbox for 7 platforms

DMs, comments and mentions from Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X and Threads in one list, on every seat. SocialPilot's inbox starts on Standard and covers Facebook Pages, Instagram and LinkedIn Pages. See the inbox

Repost automations

Post on one platform and let an automation repost it to the others on your schedule, for example your Instagram Reels to TikTok, one a day at 9:00 AM. Automations can also bring in your older posts from 8 platforms. See automations

Approvals for teams and clients

Add approval steps per workspace, so a teammate or client signs off before a post goes live. Reviewers comment, request changes or approve, and roles decide who can post, reply or see analytics. SocialPilot's approvals start on Standard, and client approvals on Premium. See collaboration

For developers

SocialPilot has an MCP server, and an API on Enterprise. Here is how they compare.

SocialPilot's MCP server, on every plan, lets your AI agent create, schedule and check posts. Its REST API comes only with a custom Enterprise plan. OmniSocials gives every seat the REST API, an MCP server with 56 tools, SDKs and signed webhooks to post, reply and read analytics on 12 platforms, also during the trial.
