New

  • X DMs in the Social Inbox - direct messages from X now land in your Social Inbox alongside Instagram and Facebook, and you can reply without leaving OmniSocials. Turn it on in the Social Inbox settings; you may need to reconnect your X account once so X can grant DM access. Full walkthrough in the inbox docs.

  • Credits for X's paid API usage - X now charges per DM and per link post on its API, so OmniSocials passes that through at cost with no markup: 1 credit to receive a DM, 2 credits to send a reply, and from August 14, 20 credits for an X post that contains a link. Posts without links and every other platform stay free. Every organization with X connected starts with 200 free credits, and more can be earned for free by referring a business, starring us on GitHub, leaving a review, or sending a testimonial.
