Each limit comes from TikTok's Help Center or TikTok's Content Posting API reference, read on October 17, 2026. Where TikTok publishes no number, the table says "Not published" or names where the figure comes from. The 4,000-character app caption is the widely documented figure, not one TikTok's Help Center states.
